STATE
Alternative
Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a process of resolving disputes without litigation.
The most famous ADR methods are negotiation mediation, arbitration, and
conciliation. The owner of two of the clothing stores in a market quarreled on
a parking issue and the matter becomes very intense. In current circumstances,
neither they want to sit together nor agreeing on any condition to resolve the
parking issue. The market committee members intervened to resolve the issue.
The committee members settled the matter between the disputed parties. Both
parties agreed on the judgment of market committee members.

a student of Conflict Management subject, in this situation, which one of the
ADR methods will be a suitable option for Market Committee members to resolve
the matter? Also, you have to discuss
