problem-solving. Some teams are good not only at solving diverse current
corporate problems but also good at forecasting future challenges. However, in
problem-solving just spotting or criticizing is not enough, team members ought
to provide constructive feedback as well.
When someone among the team proposes new initiatives
or comes up with an out-of-the-box solution to a problem, it can reflect their
personality traits and variety of experiences. Other team members eagerly ask
