The objective of the activity:

Scenerio:
In the corporate world nowadays teamwork is encouraged, and employees share and compare their ideas, and have brainstorming sessions to solve new, uncertain, and complex organizational problems. Supportive, rousing, and productive teams put their diversity to good use and can bear unrivalled fruits to the efficiency of any organization. It is said that teams that are more cognitively diverse have more capability for faster problem-solving. Some teams are good not only at solving diverse current corporate problems but also good at forecasting future challenges. However, in problem-solving just spotting or criticizing is not enough, team members ought to provide constructive feedback as well.
When someone among the team proposes new initiatives or comes up with an out-of-the-box solution to a problem, it can reflect their personality traits and variety of experiences. Other team members eagerly ask tough questions to evaluate the new initiative and point out potential peril in that nifty solution to the problem.  Having a team that is swift in identifying the problems and voicing potential obstacles is indeed not a bad thing at all. Researchers believe that the concept of Intellectually Honest Resistance is the need of the hour.
